The improved duvide Barjumprope (now with double swivel and taped handles) offers four ways to jump: hands-free, single-hand, double-overhand and regular grip. To use it without hands it can be strapped on to the waist and rotated by hip movements (like the hula hoop, only vertical). This works extremely on the core. It is also fun rope to play around with and discover new techniques never done before.
